Link Holdings Limited (8237) Announces Litigation Update and Statutory Demand

Link Holdings Limited (8237) issued an announcement dated 5 November 2025, providing an update on a legal proceeding involving Silverine, TAIGOF Credit Opportunities Limited (the Claimant), Madison Pacific Trust Limited, Hang Huo Investment Pte Ltd (HHI), and Link Hotels International Pte Ltd (LHI) under a facility agreement entered into on or around 10 March 2023.

According to the announcement, the High Court of Singapore ordered on 3 November 2025 that the Defendants are jointly and severally liable for S$9.00 million in damages, as well as interest, default interest, and indemnity costs. As of 3 November 2025, the total sum of these liabilities amounted to approximately S$11.72 million. Subsequently, on 4 November 2025, the Claimant issued a statutory demand against both HHI and LHI for this judgment debt.

The announcement states that Link Holdings Limited (8237) is currently seeking legal advice and, to the best knowledge of its directors, there is no foreseeable disruption to operations at Link Hotel in Singapore. HHI and LHI will continue to operate, and the Company will release further updates if there are any significant developments.
