The notification, addressed to non-registered shareholders, confirms that printed copies of the Interim Report can be requested free of charge by emailing landsea1965.ecom@computershare.com.hk or by writing to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at 17M/F, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

Shareholders may also elect to receive future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, and circulars—via email by submitting their addresses to their respective banks, brokers, custodians, nominees, or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Those preferring hard copies can indicate this preference on the reply form provided and return it using the enclosed postage-paid mailing label (for Hong Kong posts).
