CHINASINOSTAR (00485) announced that all conditions under the subscription agreement have been fulfilled, and the completion took place on December 23, 2025, in accordance with the terms of the agreement. Pursuant to the subscription agreement, a total of 42 million subscription shares (representing approximately 16.48% of the company's enlarged issued share capital after the allotment and issuance) were allotted and issued to the subscribers at a subscription price of HK$0.30 per share.
