Karrie International Holdings Limited (01050) disclosed that on 11 February 2026, it issued and allotted 65,832,000 new ordinary shares pursuant to a placing and subscription agreement dated 29 January 2026, complemented by a supplemental announcement on 6 February 2026.
After this issuance, the new shares represent approximately 3.26% of the previously issued 2,021,463,200 shares.
