公告显示，债券的初始换股价由每股36.70港元下调至每股35.74港元，该调整自2026年8月8日（即登记享有末期股息权益的股东登记日翌日）起生效。
除换股价调整外，债券的其他条款保持不变。
公司董事会主席兼首席执行官杨元庆于公告中签署确认。
