分析人士指出,导致华润置地股价今日大跌的主要原因或与公司去年置地业务营收增长放缓有关。华润置地2024年业绩数据显示,去年该公司的地产发展业务收入同比下降10.5%,地产发展业务毛利润也出现了两位数下滑。虽然物业投资及管理、合同建造等其他业务实现增长,但占比较小,无法抵消地产发展业务营收下滑的影响。
从去年销售业绩看,华润置地2024年合同销售金额约2500亿元人民币,销售面积大约1980万平方米,同比均下降超过15%。其中,一二线城市销售乏力,导致了全年合同销售金额增长表现低于市场预期。
