Weiye Holdings Limited (incorporated in Singapore) reported no changes to its share capital for the month ended 31 March 2026, according to its latest Monthly Return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 8 April 2026.

The company’s issued ordinary shares remained at 196.13 million, with zero treasury shares on record. Consequently, total issued shares also stayed at 196.13 million.

Weiye Holdings confirmed that it satisfied the Main Board minimum public-float threshold of 25% as stipulated by Rule 13.32B. Throughout the month, the issuer recorded:

• No share issuances, cancellations or repurchases • No share options granted or exercised • No warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments outstanding or exercised • No agreements or arrangements leading to share issuance

The filing also states that all regulatory and listing-rule obligations in relation to any prior securities movements have been duly observed, as certified by the company secretary, Man Yun Wah.
