首创环境控股有限公司（03989）8月21日晚间发布自愿性公告称，其全资附属公司深圳前海首创环境投资有限公司计划投资建设“河南省新乡市延津县垃圾焚烧供热供汽项目”，项目总投资为25,415万元。 为落实项目运营，前海首创将设立全资子公司——延津县首创供热有限公司（名称以工商登记为准），注册资本预计为7,625万元。 公告显示，项目位于新乡市核心制造业集聚区内，运营期为29年，主要依靠供汽收入与垃圾处理服务费收入实现回报。项目设计日处理生活垃圾500吨，建成后预计每年可生产高品质蒸汽25万吨，以满足园区蒸汽需求并填补区域供给缺口。 公司表示，本次公告为自愿性披露，旨在让公众及时了解公司最新发展。
