消息面上，近期，稳定币领域迎来密集催化。美国和中国香港相继推出稳定币监管法案，包括阿里、京东等互联网大厂也相继宣布下场布局。值得一提的是，6月18日，中国人民银行行长潘功胜在2025陆家嘴论坛上首次提到“稳定币”。潘功胜表示，新型技术推动央行数字货币、稳定币蓬勃发展，大幅缩短跨境支付链条，也对金融监管提出挑战。此外，央行与香港金管局推出跨境支付通，对接内地与香港支付系统，为稳定币合规应用开拓空间。
国证国际指出，中国香港《稳定币条例》将于今年8月1日生效，该行预计稳定币或最先在跨境支付场景落地，目前在数字支付领域布局较深厚的公司或有业务机会。连连数字2024年在全球支付的TPV（交易额）近3,000亿元，已获香港VATP牌照，预计将在今年4季度启动申请稳定币发行业务。建议投资人保持关注。根据其与公司交流所反馈的信息，公司拟在今年4季度开始申请稳定币发行，获批后将发行稳定币。
