KEEP（03650）于2026年3月31日发布公告称，公司在香港联交所场内回购约12.36万股普通股，回购价格介乎每股2.89港元至2.99港元，涉资约36.33万港元，约占当日公司已发行股本的0.024071%。公告显示，此次回购获得董事会正式授权并符合相关上市规则及法律规定。
根据公告，截至2026年3月31日，公司已发行股本（不包括库藏股）为509,975,987股，库藏股数量为300,000股，共计510,275,987股。公司还披露，此次回购基于2025年6月25日通过的购回授权，授权可回购股份总数为51,443,658股，公司已累计回购股份2,874,400股。
公告同时确认，各项回购行为均遵守香港联交所相关上市规则及公司法定程序。该公告由主席、执行董事及首席执行官王宁签署。
