挚文集团(MOMO)12月9日盘前大涨5.91%,主要原因在于公司公布的2024年第三季度财报显示业绩大幅超出市场预期,引发投资者看好追捧。
财报显示,第三季度挚文集团实现净营收26.747亿元人民币(约3.811亿美元),同比下滑12.1%,但高于分析师预期的26.01亿元。不按美国通用会计准则计量的净利润为4.933亿元人民币(约7030万美元),每股摊薄美国存托股(ADS)净利润为0.38美元,均超出华尔街预期。
公司主导产品陌陌 APP 和探探 APP 的付费用户数分别为690万和90万。陌陌 CEO 唐岩表示,第三季度公司实现了令人满意的财务业绩,海外业务增长加速,有信心继续投入海外市场。值得一提的是,公司同时在积极推进股票回购计划,截至12月9日已回购约4000万股ADS,总价值约2.384亿美元。
