KEEP（股票代码：03650）于2026年5月29日公告，已于香港联合交易所有限公司场内回购16.79万股普通股（即167,900股），占该次回购前现有已发行股本约0.033364%。回购价介乎每股2.56港元至2.64港元，合计动用资金435,064港元（约43.51万港元）。
本次回购完成后，公司已发行股份（不含库存股份）数量变动为503,075,587股，库存股份增至7,200,400股，总股本维持在510,275,987股。KEEP此前已于2025年6月25日通过购回授权，授权规模为51,443,658股。截至目前，累计已回购11,374,800股，占授权通过当日已发行股份（不包括库存股份）总数的约2.211118%。公司表示，本次交易严格遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规，各项程序和手续均已履行。根据公告，回购后30天内，公司将遵守相关规定，不会发行新股或出售、转让任何库存股份，暂止期至2026年6月28日。
