XUANWU CLOUD (02392) announced that PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) will retire as the company's auditor at the conclusion of the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for June 26, 2026, and will not seek re-appointment. Following a comparison of PwC's proposed audit fees with fee quotations submitted by other audit firms, the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee determined that the proposed audit fees from Rongcheng (Hong Kong) Certified Public Accountants Limited (Rongcheng) are more competitive and commercially reasonable. The Board and Audit Committee believe that appointing Rongcheng as the company's new auditor aligns with the overall best interests of the company and its shareholders, subject to approval by shareholders at the AGM.
