声通科技股份有限公司（股票代码：02495）7月23日公告称，公司英文名称已由“Voicecomm Technology Co., Ltd.”正式更改为“Voicecomm International Limited”，自2026年7月23日起生效。公司中文名称保持不变，仍为“声通科技股份有限公司”。\n\n香港公司注册处处长已于2026年7月23日签发《注册非香港公司变更名称注册证明书》，确认公司新英文名称已根据香港法例第622章《公司条例》第16部完成注册。\n\n公司表示，更改英文名称不会影响现有证券持有人的任何权利，也不会对公司的日常业务营运及财务状况造成影响。所有印有原英文名称的已发行股票仍为有效的股份所有权凭证，可继续用于买卖、结算、登记及交付；公司不会安排免费更换印有新英文名称的股票。公司的中文及英文股票简称及股份代号维持不变。\n\n公司此前已于2026年6月3日及2026年6月25日发布相关公告，并在2026年6月3日发出通函，提议本次英文名称变更事宜。\n\n截至本公告日，公司董事会成员包括：董事长兼执行董事汤敬华先生，执行董事孙琪先生；非执行董事杨晓源先生、谭晓波先生、陈宇雷先生及马天添女士；以及独立非执行董事刘榕先生、吴海鹏先生、牟斌瑞先生和梁健康先生。
