山东威高集团医用高分子制品股份有限公司（威高股份，01066）于2026年5月20日公告称，公司当日在香港联交所场内回购H股普通股10万股，占回购前公司已发行股份总数约0.0022%。回购价格介于每股3.40港元至3.46港元之间，累计支付约34.36万港元。
回购完成后，公司已发行股份总数为4,466,118,324股，库存股数增至56,214,000股。公司表示是次回购已获得董事会正式授权，符合现行上市规则及相关法律规定。回购授权于2025年5月27日获得通过，授权回购股份的数量上限为451,560,392股，目前公司已累计回购49,565,600股，约占授权上限的10.9765%。据披露，本次回购后30天内公司不会宣布新股发行或转让库存股的计划。
