NUMANS (02530) has announced that on May 22, 2026, the group sold a total of 6 million shares of Lenovo Group on the open market for a total consideration of approximately HK$89.7 million, inclusive of stamp duty and related expenses. The average selling price for the 6 million Lenovo Group shares was about HK$14.95 per share. Following the completion of this divestment, the company's shareholding in Lenovo Group will be reduced to 4 million shares.
