安徽海螺水泥股份有限公司（海螺水泥，港交所代码：00914）于2026年8月14日发布公告称，公司于当日在上海证券交易所回购99.00万股A股，约占公司该日前已发行股份总数3,947,290,244股的0.0251%，回购价格区间为每股人民币17.37元至17.44元，合计支付对价人民币17,225,183.43元（约1,722.52万元）。本次回购的股份将作为库存股份持有，回购完成后，公司已发行股份总数为3,946,300,244股，库存股份数增至31,159,800股。
公司在公告中表示，相关购回股份行为已依据当地适用规则进行，不存在与公司于2026年5月26日公告所载资料不符的情形，并确认遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则和其他相关适用法规。公告由联席公司秘书虞水签署。
