Jinxin Fertility Group Limited (abbreviation: JXR) has reported the on-market repurchase of 1.05 million ordinary shares on 9 October 2026, according to its latest Next Day Disclosure Return filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The buyback, executed under the company’s existing mandate, was carried out at prices ranging from HKD 2.20 to HKD 2.29 per share, translating into a volume-weighted average cost of approximately HKD 2.26 per share and an aggregate outlay of HKD 2.36 million. All repurchased shares have been retained as treasury stock.

Following the transaction, JXR’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) narrowed by 0.04% to 2.67 billion shares, while treasury shares rose to 39.06 million. The total number of issued shares remains unchanged at 2.71 billion.

The 9 October purchase lifts cumulative repurchases under the shareholder mandate granted on 25 June 2026 to 51.60 million shares—equivalent to 1.97% of the company’s share base on the mandate date. The mandate permits repurchases of up to 262.51 million shares.

Separately, 92.47 million shares—about 3.47% of current issued shares—have been bought back between 27 March and 25 August 2026 for subsequent cancellation; these shares had yet to be cancelled as of 9 October.

In line with Hong Kong listing rules, JXR is subject to a 30-day moratorium, ending 8 November 2026, on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares following the latest repurchase.

The company confirmed that all buybacks were executed in accordance with the Exchange’s regulations and that no material changes have been made to the repurchase mandate’s explanatory statement.
