Latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange reveals that on January 16, a shareholder of MEGAIN Holdings (06939) deposited shares with ICBC International Securities, with a deposited market value of HK$85.3594 million, representing 21.94% of the holding.
Financial figures show that for the six months ended June 30, 2025, MEGAIN Holdings reported an interim revenue of 70.766 million yuan (RMB, same below), a year-on-year increase of 7.66%.
However, the company recorded a loss attributable to shareholders of 38.575 million yuan, a significant reversal from a profit of 405,000 yuan in the same period last year.
The basic loss per share was 0.074 yuan.
