HC TECH GP (01116) announced that Mr. Liu Guoxiong, who currently serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee, and a member of both the Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee, has been designated as the Lead Independent Non-Executive Director. The appointment will take effect from February 12, 2026.
