贝壳控股有限公司（“贝壳-W”，02423）于2026年3月5日公布翌日披露报表。公告显示，公司在2026年3月4日回购618,192股A类普通股，约占公司3,529,617,544股（含A、B类普通股）总发行股份的0.018%。本次回购每股价格介乎USD 5.61至USD 5.70之间，合计支付约USD 3,497,071（折合约349.71万美元）。
本次回购所涉A类普通股回购授权于2025年6月27日获股东大会通过，授权规模为360,216,007股。截至目前，公司已于交易所或其他市场合计回购101,864,769股，占回购授权通过日已发行股份总数的2.828%。公告同时披露，回购后公司A类普通股总数仍为3,391,029,167股，库藏股结余为0股。
公司在公告中确认，本次股份回购符合香港联交所上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由联席公司秘书李思婷签署。
