2026年9月11日，亿胜生物科技（股票代码：01061）在香港联合交易所刊发翌日披露报表。公告显示，公司当日在香港联交所场内回购股份3.10万股，占回购前公司已发行股本（不包括库存股份）约0.00549%，每股回购价为每股2.055港元，合计耗资约6.37万港元。回购完成后，公司已发行股份总数变动为564,971,000股，持作库存股份数为2,035,000股。
公司同时公告已获董事会及股东于2026年5月26日通过购回授权，可回购股份最高上限为56,700,600股。截至目前，已于香港联交所及其他证券交易所回购股份2,035,000股，尚余可回购股份54,665,600股。另据公告，完成本次回购后，公司在未来30日内暂停进行任何新股发行及库存股出售或转让，暂止期截至2026年10月11日。
