乐华娱乐（股票代码：02306，主要于香港联合交易所上市）发布公告称，董事会拟于股东周年大会上提请授权，于大会决议案通过当日已发行股份（不含库存股份）总数的10%范围内进行股份回购。根据公司最新披露，截至最后实际可行日期，乐华娱乐已发行股份总数约为8.30559亿股，授权回购股数上限为8305.59万股。
本次回购所需资金将来自公司可动用现金流或营运资金，并在相关上市规则及开曼群岛适用法律的规定下合规展开。董事会认为，股份购回授权符合公司及股东整体最佳利益，有助于提升公司价值并增强股东回报。
公司计划于2026年6月18日（星期四）下午三时在北京市朝阳区创远路28号院1号楼6楼6006室召开股东周年大会，就上述回购授权等议案进行表决。公司已宣布将于2026年6月15日至2026年6月18日（包括首尾两日）暂停股份过户业务，6月12日下午四时三十分前登记于股东名册的股东可出席并参与投票。公司提示，如受托持有库存股的相关股份持有人应在股东周年大会上放弃投票权。
