网易云音乐股份有限公司（09899）于2026年5月12日发布翌日披露报表，公告显示公司于香港联交所场内回购普通股117,450股，占已发行股本约0.05556%。此次回购每股价格在港币126.1元至129.1元之间，总耗资约1,499.49万港元。回购完成后，公司已发行股本（不包括库存股份）变更为211,264,616股，库存股份增至6,651,500股，整体股本仍为217,916,116股。
据公告，网易云音乐的回购授权决议于2025年6月25日获股东大会通过，可回购股份总数为21,739,953股。截至目前，公司已依据该授权累计回购股份6,319,950股；本次回购后，公司在未来30日内（即至2026年6月11日止）将暂停进一步发行新股或出售、转让任何库存股份。公司同时确认本次回购已遵守所有适用的上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由公司秘书黄慧儿签署。
