Pateo Connect Technology (Shanghai) Corporation (PATEO, 02889) disclosed that Dr. Liu Yicheng has resigned as joint company secretary effective 16 March 2026, citing work‐related adjustments.

Dr. Liu confirmed he holds no disagreements with the Board and is unaware of any matters requiring attention from The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited or shareholders.

Following Dr. Liu’s departure, existing joint company secretary Ms. Leung Hoi Yan will assume the role of sole company secretary. Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer Mr. Zhang Fukai will serve as her primary contact within the Company.
