On 18 November 2025, Sino-Synergy Hydrogen Energy Technology (Jiaxing) Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 09663) repurchased 164,500 H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The highest repurchase price per share was HKD 5.33 and the lowest price was HKD 5.16, resulting in an aggregate payment of approximately HKD 864,825.85.
