招金矿业(01818)于6月1日发布更新公告，明确截至2025年12月31日止年度的末期普通股息方案。有关方案已于同日举行的股东大会上获得批准。
每股派发0.1元人民币，公司预设以港元派发，换算汇率为1元人民币兑1.147689港元，折合每股0.114769港元。除净日定为2026年6月3日，递表截止日期为6月4日16时30分。股份过户登记将于6月5日至6月9日暂停办理，记录日期为6月9日。符合资格的H股股东将于6月30日收取股息。
此次股息代扣代缴所得税安排如下：非居民企业股东须代扣10%企业所得税；H股个人股东方面，若为香港、澳门居民或与中国订有10%股息税率双边税务协议的国家居民，按10%税率代扣个人所得税；若来自与中国无协定或协定税率为20%的国家，则按20%税率代扣。公司代符合资格的H股个人股东办理相关协定待遇申请。
