沪上阿姨（上海）实业股份有限公司（股票代码：02589）于2026年7月22日发布翌日披露报表，宣布已完成35,255,992股境内未上市股份转换为相同数量的H股。根据公告，本次转换占转换前公司现有已发行H股约59.33%。经本次转换后，公司H股从原有的59,426,726股增至94,682,718股，境内未上市股份相应减少至10,520,302股，但公司已发行股份总数仍维持在105,203,020股不变。
