Tenfu Announces 3,000-Share Buyback; Outstanding Repurchased Shares Now 0.01% of Issued Capital

Tenfu (Cayman) Holdings Company Limited disclosed a Next Day Return (27 Apr 2026) confirming the repurchase of 3,000 ordinary shares on-market at prices between HKD 2.86 and HKD 2.87 per share, for an aggregate cost of HKD 8,600. The transaction was executed under the general mandate granted on 9 May 2025.

• Issued share capital unchanged: The company’s issued shares (excluding treasury shares) stood at 1.08 billion both before and after the reporting event (24 Apr – 27 Apr 2026).

• Cumulative utilisation of buy-back mandate: Since the mandate became effective, Tenfu has repurchased 751,000 shares, representing 0.07% of the share count at mandate date. The mandate authorises the company to buy back up to 108.38 million shares.

• Shares awaiting formal cancellation: Between 29 Dec 2025 and 27 Apr 2026, 123,000 shares were bought for cancellation but had not yet been cancelled as of the reporting date—equivalent to approximately 0.01% of current issued shares. No new shares were issued, and no treasury shares were sold during the period. All repurchase activities were executed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong and complied with the company’s authorised mandate and relevant listing regulations.
