BHCC Holding (01552) announced that Ms. Chen Sufen has resigned from her positions as the company secretary and as the authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, effective from June 1, 2026.
Following Ms. Chen's resignation, Mr. Zhang Jinting has been appointed as the company secretary and as the authorized representative under the Listing Rules, also effective from June 1, 2026.
