Hims & Hers Health周四宣布，将以最高11.5亿美元的交易价值收购澳大利亚数字健康公司Eucalyptus。这家美国远程医疗平台希望借此将其个性化医疗业务拓展至新的国际市场。
该交易将使Hims & Hers在澳大利亚和日本获得立足点，同时通过与当地成熟运营商的合作，深化其在英国、德国和加拿大市场的业务布局。
据Hims & Hers介绍，Eucalyptus在全球运营多个面向消费者的品牌，包括减肥项目Juniper和男性远程医疗品牌Pilot，已服务超过77.5万名客户。
Hims & Hers目前正面临丹麦制药商诺和诺德的诉讼。此前，由于美国食品药品监督管理局的打击，该公司被迫突然下架新推出的仿制版诺和诺德畅销减肥药Wegovy，该产品定价为49美元。
该交易预计将于2026自然年年中完成。Hims & Hers表示，收购完成时将以现金支付约2.4亿美元。
Hims & Hers盘前升逾6%。
