2026年8月14日，中国技术集团有限公司（01725）发布正面盈利预告称，根据董事会目前可得的最新资料，集团预计截至2026年6月30日止六个月将录得归属于本公司权益持有人的利润不少于1亿元，而2025年同期则录得约32.4百万元亏损，期内实现由亏转盈。
公司表示，业绩转正主要归因于出售附属公司带来的一次性收益约1.98亿元。该收益属于非现金及非经常性项目，并非集团日常业务的一部分。
公告强调，相关数据仅基于对集团最新管理账目的初步审阅与评估，尚未经过核数师审计或审核委员会审阅。公司预计将于2026年8月底公布经审阅的中期业绩。
