Ingenic Semiconductor Co., Ltd. has scheduled a board meeting for 28 August 2026 in Beijing. Directors will review and approve the Group’s consolidated financial results for the six months ended 30 June 2026, decide on the timing of their publication, and consider declaring an interim dividend. Additional routine business may also be addressed during the session.
The board comprises four executive directors—Dr. Liu Qiang (Chairman and General Manager), Mr. Zhang Jin, Mr. Xian Yonghui and Mr. Huang Lei; three non-executive directors—Mr. Li Jie, Mr. Zheng Hao and Ms. Zhang Yanxiang; and four independent non-executive directors—Mr. Ye Jinfu, Dr. Xiao Limin, Ms. Yu Ying and Mr. Xiang Zuo.
