HAITONG UT (01905) has announced that, due to changes in work arrangements, Mr. Fu Da will cease to serve as the company's Board Secretary and Joint Company Secretary, effective from May 11, 2026. Ms. Sang Linna has been appointed as the company's Board Secretary and Joint Company Secretary. Ms. Sang Linna's appointment as Board Secretary will take effect from May 11, 2026, with her term expiring concurrently with the Fourth Board of Directors. Given that Ms. Sang Linna currently does not possess the qualifications or relevant experience required under Rules 3.28 and 8.17 of the Listing Rules, the company has applied to The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong for a waiver from strict compliance with the provisions under Rules 3.28 and 8.17. Ms. Sang Linna's appointment as Joint Company Secretary will become effective from the date the waiver is granted by The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, with her term expiring concurrently with the Fourth Board of Directors.
