China Changbaishan International Holdings Limited (CHINA CBS INTL) has asked all registered shareholders on the Hong Kong branch register to confirm how they wish to receive future corporate communications, which include annual and interim reports, circulars, meeting notices and proxy forms.

Shareholders have two options: 1) Website Version – read all future documents on the company’s website (http://www.chinacbsintl.com) and receive an email alert when new materials are posted; or 2) Printed Copies – receive both English and Chinese hard-copy versions of every future communication.

To make a selection, investors must complete and return the reply form—by email (989-ecom@vistra.com), post or hand delivery to Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong—no later than 29 August 2026. Holders with Hong Kong addresses can use the prepaid mailing label provided.

If no reply is received by the deadline, the shareholder will be deemed to have chosen the website-only option and will receive notifications of online publication either by post or, if supplied, by email.

Shareholders may change their preference at any time by notifying Tricor in writing or by email. Printed copies will be supplied free of charge upon request to the registrar.

Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline on (852) 2980 1333, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
