As of 31 October 2025, the company’s authorized share capital remained at 5,000,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.00001 per share, maintaining a total authorized capital of USD 50,000.

No changes were reported in issued shares or treasury shares during the month, with the total issued share count standing at 854,862,679 shares. The share option schemes under the resolution dated 29 December 2020 also showed no change. A total of 2,028,000 share options remain outstanding under the option grant dated 7 April 2021 (exercise price HKD 1.51), and 2,740,000 share options remain outstanding under the grant dated 28 June 2021 (exercise price HKD 1.88). No new shares were issued, no treasury shares were transferred, and the outstanding options were not exercised, canceled, or lapsed during October 2025.
