i.century Holding Limited (Stock Code: 8507) and Three Apple Industry Holdings Group (Hong Kong) Limited jointly issued a composite offer and response document dated 31 October 2025. According to the document, a mandatory unconditional cash offer of HK$0.125 per share is extended to the shareholders of i.century Holding Limited (the “Offer Shares”). The offer is made by Silverbricks Securities Company Limited on behalf of Three Apple Industry Holdings Group (Hong Kong) Limited.

The offer has been declared unconditional in all respects. Any shareholder intending to accept the offer should complete the specified Form of Acceptance and Transfer, together with all relevant share certificates or title documents, and submit them to Tricor Investor Services Limited by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, 21 November 2025 (or a later date if announced).
