SAIMO Technology (02571) announced that it has appointed BOCI International Trust (Hong Kong) Limited as the trustee for its 2025 H-share incentive trust scheme, in accordance with the plan rules. The company has entered into Trust Deed I and Trust Deed II with BOCI International Trust to establish two separate trusts. This initiative is designed to allow selected participants to benefit from the acquisition and holding of H-shares, as determined by the Board from time to time.
