Parkson Retail Group Limited (3368) has announced that its company secretary, Ms. Yuen Wing Yan Winnie, will resign with effect from 1 March 2026. She will also step down as the authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules and as the process agent under the Companies Ordinance. Ms. Yuen has confirmed there is no disagreement with the Board and no matter that needs to be brought to shareholders’ or the Stock Exchange’s attention.

The Board has resolved to appoint Ms. Au-Yeung Nelly as the new company secretary, authorized representative, and process agent, all effective 1 March 2026. Ms. Au-Yeung is a Senior Manager of Corporate Services at Tricor Services Limited, with over 10 years of experience in the corporate secretarial field. She has provided professional services to listed companies and other entities, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Finance from Hong Kong Shue Yan University as well as a Master of Corporate Governance from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She is a Chartered Secretary, a Chartered Governance Professional, and an Associate of both The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute in the United Kingdom.
