Coinbase Global于上周五宣布，已向监管机构提交申请，寻求批准其上市与美股大型个股挂钩的永续期货合约。此类合约被业界俗称为“永续”，是一种永不到期的投机性衍生工具，交易者借此可叠加杠杆，成倍放大潜在收益，同时也显著加剧了亏损风险。
这家美国最大加密货币交易所计划推出与苹果、微软、特斯拉及英伟达等约50至60只热门股票挂钩的永续合约。如能顺利获得监管审批，该公司预计于今年晚些时候正式开启相关交易。
值得注意的是，Coinbase目前已在美国本土提供与加密货币及主题性股票指数挂钩的永续期货产品。今年5月末，美国商品期货交易委员会已正式批准在注册制美国平台上挂牌永续期货。
个股永续合约的热度正急剧攀升，大量交易者涌向去中心化交易所Hyperliquid，借道杠杆工具博取热门美股的价差收益。然而迄今为止，这类合约在美国受监管的交易平台上仍属空白。除Coinbase外，预测市场平台Kalshi亦已提交申请，拟推出受监管的个股永续合约。
