疯狂体育2026年上半年营收1.45亿港元，经调整净亏损0.21亿港元

2026年上半年（截至6月30日），疯狂体育实现营收1.45亿港元，同比下降4.9%。在剔除按公平值计入损益的金融资产所产生的公允价值变动后，经调整净亏损约为0.21亿港元，相较上年同期经调整净亏损0.20亿港元进一步扩大约6.5%。报告期内，集团经营活动产生的现金净流入约0.17亿港元，成本管控方面保持稳健，收益成本同比微降0.2%至1.14亿港元，销售及营销费用下降5.8%至0.33亿港元，行政费用则下调18.3%至0.16亿港元。毛利约0.31亿港元，同比减少19.2%，毛利率为21.1%，较去年同期的24.8%有所下降。

在核心业务分项中，体育知识付费平台收益约1.01亿港元，同比增长3.2%，占总营收的69.7%。受行业竞争加剧及海外游戏市场培育周期延长等因素影响，体育及休闲游戏板块收益降至0.39亿港元，同比下滑16.1%，占总体营收的27.0%。此外，彩票相关佣金收入为0.05亿港元，对比去年同期约0.04亿港元稳步增长；数字藏品平台收入维持在百万港元水平。

展望下半年，随着美加墨世界杯赛事长尾价值的持续释放及海外主要联赛新赛季启动带动用户付费需求，疯狂体育计划继续深耕“AI+体育”核心策略，优化技术赋能与多元化经营模式，力求在数字体育娱乐市场的竞争中进一步巩固优势、提升增长潜力。
