Bank of Zhengzhou Co., Ltd. (H Shares Stock Code: 6196) issued an announcement stating that its board of directors plans to convene a meeting on October 30, 2025. The principal agenda includes consideration and approval of the third quarterly results for the nine months ended September 30, 2025, and discussion of the publication of those results.
The chairman, Zhao Fei, signed the notice in Zhengzhou, Henan, on October 17, 2025. According to the announcement, the board currently consists of executive, non-executive, and independent non-executive directors. The Bank is not an authorized institution under Hong Kong’s Banking Ordinance and is not supervised by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority.
