Valuetronics Holdings Limited announced on May, 28 2026 that its board has adopted a revised dividend policy, superseding the framework first introduced in 2014.

The new policy sets a target annual ordinary dividend payout of 50% to 70% of net profit attributable to shareholders, to be distributed as interim and/or final dividends at the board’s discretion.

When deciding on any dividend, the board will consider factors such as the group’s financial performance, cash flow, retained earnings, debt levels, capital expenditure plans, and any contractual restrictions.

The board retains the right to amend, suspend or cancel the policy and emphasised that dividend declarations remain subject to shareholder approval at annual general meetings, except for interim dividends, which the board may declare on its own.

Valuetronics added that the updated policy should not be viewed as a forecast of future profits or dividend payments.
