Kunlun Energy Sets 23 October 2026 SGM; Share Transfer Halt from 20–23 October for Vote on Revised Connected Transactions

Kunlun Energy Company Limited announced a special general meeting (SGM) will be held on 23 October 2026 (Friday). Independent shareholders will be asked to vote on four key items:

1. Approval of the revised annual cap for the company’s continuing connected transactions. 2. Execution of a new master agreement governing these transactions. 3. Endorsement of the non-exempt continuing connected transactions. 4. Ratification of the proposed annual caps related to the above arrangements.

To determine shareholder eligibility, the register of members will be closed from 20 October 2026 (Tuesday) to 23 October 2026 (Friday), inclusive. During this period, share transfers will not be registered. Shareholders intending to vote must lodge completed transfer forms and relevant share certificates with Tricor Investor Services Limited by 4:30 p.m. on 16 October 2026 (Friday).

The announcement conforms with Rule 13.66 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules. The board is led by Chairman and Executive Director Liu Guohai and includes Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director He Yongli, two non-executive directors, and three independent non-executive directors.
