思派健康宣布，旗下思派经纪与安睿嘉尔达成战略合作，将在中国内地共同开发定制化保险解决方案，推动保险产品创新与精准风控。安睿嘉尔计划在内地设立附属公司/机构，与思派经纪合作开展团体及个人寿险、健康险及相关再保险业务。合作旨在整合双方客户资源、产品设计和再保险能力，提升客户服务体验，并通过数据驱动机制开发定制化产品，巩固市场领导地位。
此外，思派健康近期宣布，拟589.98万元出售6间药房的经营权。公告称，集团自2024年以来致力于聚焦商业医疗保险及健康管理业务发展。考虑到现行药房行业市况及目标公司所经营药房业务的表现，董事会认为建议出售事项可使集团进一步聚焦其核心战略，优化资源分配，强化对其核心业务的资金支持。
