It has been reported that JD.com recently introduced a "JD Review" feature in its instant delivery service.
When asked for confirmation, JD.com's customer service stated, "Yes, the JD Review feature is currently in the testing phase and is being randomly rolled out to some users in select cities. Specific functionalities include reviews for hotels and tourist attractions."
Regarding whether the feature has begun commercialization, the response was, "There are no commercial plans at the moment—it remains in the testing phase."
