ENN ENERGY: Baoju Zhao Acquires Shares, Long Position Rises to 35.25%

On October 2, 2026, Baoju Zhao increased her long position in ENN ENERGY (02688) through an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Xinneng (Hong Kong) Energy Investment Limited, which acquired 107,800 shares off-exchange at an average price of HKD 48.3986 per share, involving approximately HKD 5.22 million. The off‑exchange transaction was not a direct secondary‑market dealing, and the acquisition was voluntarily disclosed as an interest of a controlled corporation.

Prior to the acquisition, Baoju Zhao's long position in ENN ENERGY stood at 398.81 million shares, representing 35.24% of the issued shares. Following the acquisition, the holding rose to 398.92 million shares, lifting the long position ratio to 35.25%.
