Tianjin Pharmaceutical Da Ren Tang Group Corporation Limited announced that its board, at the fourth meeting for FY2026 held on Apr, 28 2026, approved three key resolutions.

First, the board endorsed the company’s first-quarter financial statements for FY2026, prepared under both PRC accounting standards and International Financial Reporting Standards.

Second, directors reviewed the 2025 “Quality Improvement, Efficiency Enhancement, and Focus on Shareholder Returns” action plan and approved a new action plan of the same theme for 2026.

Third, the board agreed to terminate ahead of schedule the equity custody agreement signed on Jun, 20 2025 with Tianjin Medicine Asset Management Co., Ltd. and Tianjin Pharmaceutical Group Jin Yi Tang Chain Co., Ltd. covering 100% of the latter’s equity. Four interested directors abstained from voting on this resolution.

All resolutions were passed in compliance with relevant laws and the company’s Articles of Association.
