Tenfu (Cayman) Holdings Company Limited submitted its monthly return for the period ended 30 September 2026, confirming no change in share capital structure and continued adherence to Hong Kong Listing Rules regarding public float.

The company’s authorised share capital stayed at 8.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, representing authorised capital of HKD 800.00 million.

Issued share capital was unchanged at 1.08 billion ordinary shares, and Tenfu held no treasury shares as at month-end. No new share options, warrants, convertibles or other equity-linked instruments were issued or exercised during the period.

The filing reiterates a previously disclosed repurchase of 137,000 shares executed on 11 May 2026 that remains pending cancellation. This transaction has no impact on the total number of issued shares reported for September.

Tenfu affirmed that its public float exceeded the Main Board’s 25% minimum requirement, thereby satisfying Rule 13.32D(1). The return was authorised by Executive Director and Chairman Mr Lee Rie-Ho and lodged with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing on 2 October 2026.
