爱达利网络控股有限公司（08033）7月24日发布公告，董事会决定自2026年8月3日起，将公司在百慕大的注册办事处及主要股份过户登记处与过户代理的地址更改为：Richmond House, 12 Par-la-Ville Road, Hamilton HM 08, Bermuda。
公告同时指出，卓佳证券登记有限公司仍为公司在香港的股份过户登记分处。所有涉及公司每股面值0.10港元普通股的过户申请，须继续送交卓佳证券登记有限公司，地址为香港夏悫道16号远东金融中心17楼。
董事会由主席José Manuel dos Santos代表全体董事对公告内容承担全部责任，并确认公告资料准确、完整且无误导成分。
